Entry ordering that the management/performance audit of the gas purchasing practices and policies of CG&E be conducted in accordnce with the provisions of RFP No. U93-GCR-1 and the findings of this entry; that CG&E enter into a contract with Stone & Webster to perform the work required to conduct the management/performance audit; that the cost of the audit be paid by CG&E. |
