Entry denying the application for rehearing filed by Ameri- tech; that the applications for rehearing filed by Ms. Minnick, the city, and Ridgefield are granted in part and denied in part as set forth in this entry; that GTE develop and file by March 10, 1997, a calling option similar to that contained in the stipulation that would provide the North Eaton subscribers with two-way, nonoptional, measured-rate EAS between the North Eaton exchange, on the one hand, and the Strongsville and North Royalton exchanges, on the other hand; one-way, nonoptional, measured-rate EAS from the North Eaton exchange, on the one hand, and the Victory, Indepen- dence, Brecksville, Montrose, Bedford, Chagrin Falls, Ter- race, Hillcrest, Gates Mills, Wickcliffe and Willoughby exchanges, on the hand; and one-way, optional, flat-rate EAS from the north Eaton exchange, on the one hand, to the in- volved Ameritech exchanges, on the other hand; that Ameri- tech institute one-way, nonoptional, measured-rate EAS from the North Royalton and Strongsville exchanges to the Elyria exchange; that this case be closed of record.
