(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, from and to the warehouse facilities of Marion Industrial Center, Inc., dba Marion Industrial Depot, located at or near Marion, Ohio. RESTRICTED (1) AGAINST cross hauling; (2) To shipments having a prior or subsequent storage at the facilities of Marion Industrial Center, Inc; (3) AGAINST serving any other points in the existing or future Marion, Ohio Commercial Zine; (4) AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities in tank and hopper vehicles; (5) AGAINST the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures, livestock, soy beans, feed, grain and fertilizer. FUTHER RESTRICTED to those warehouse facilities located in the following described boundaries. (1) Tbe territory bounded by Otis Street on the north, White Oaks Road on the west, Barks Road on the north, White Oaks Road on the wedt, Barks Road on the south, and Cheney Avenue on the east. (2) The territory bounded by State Route 309 on the north, State Route 98 on the east, Patten Pike on south and Pole Lane Road on the west. |
