(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED: (1) Against the transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank or hopper vehicles. (2) Against the transportation of petroleum and petroleum products (except liquid asphalt), in bulk, in tank vehicles. (3) Against the transportation of extra heavy or special property not transportable in regular equipment but requiring special loading and hauling equipment adapted to the moving of such property. (4) Against the transportation of commodities in bulk, in dump vehicles, originating at points in the Cincinnati and Dayton Commercial Zones as existing June 1, 1990 and points in Greene and Miami Counties. |
