Entry ordering that the 11 motions to intervene in some or all four of dockets are denied, that OPAE'S motion to file its comments out of time are granted, that the 2003 stipulation with the proposed tariff changes and accounting treatments be only approved and adopted as modified by the Commission in this decision. that if the signatory parties do not terminate and withdraw the stipulation as we have approved it, then the signatory parties shall file a letter of acceptance of the modified stipulation within 35 days of this decision, or if an application for rehearing is filed, within 20 days of the Commission's order on rehearing, additionally, the signatory parties shall file the proposed tariffs and accounting treatments consistent with the modified stipulation. |
