Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission Order dated December 30, 1998, is hereby amended and modified to extend the Commission authorization to facilitate the applicant to enter into, from time to time, over a period ending December 31, 2000, capital lease obligations of up to $80 million of the remaining unused portion of the Com- mission authority, in one ormore transactions, subject to the conditions mentioned herein, pursuant to the terms and conditions described in the application, as supplemented and amended, and exhibits; that authorization granted herein shall be subject to the transition plan requirements pur- suant to Commission Orders dated September 30, 1999 and Nov- ember 30, 1999, in Case No. 99-1141-EL-ORD; that in all other respects, the Commission Order dated December 30, 1998 shall remain in full force and effect.
