Finding & Order that the EFC rate to be charged by CG&E during the next period beginning January 1, 1999 shall be 1.1896 c/kWh; that submittal by the Company, other pertinent information and the establishment of the EFC rate shall be reviewed in the Company'snext annual EFC hearing; that CG&E file its EFC tariff rider incorporat- ing the EFC rate no later than December 31, 1998, to be- come effective on January 1, 1999, and remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
