(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, except in bulk, from and to points in Clark County, Ohio, except points in Bethel, Mad River and Madison Townships, and Springfield, Ohio, and its Commercial Zone existing November 11, 1988. RESTRICTED: (1) AGAINST the trans- portation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; property in armored vehicles; property requiring trans- portation in low, heavy-duty trailers or property requiring heavy hauling; mobile homes and modular units; and cash letters, audit and accounting media, film and banking records. (2) Except as otherwise authorized, against service from and to points and places on or bordering immediately upon S.R. 235 between its intersection with S.R. 41 and the Clark/Montgomery County line; S.R. 41 between its inter- section with S.R. 235 and Springfield; and U.S. Rt. 40 between its intersection with S.R. 235 and the Clark/ Madison County Line. (3) Except as otherwise authorized, against service from and to points and places on S.R. 235; from and to points on S.R. 4 between ENon and the Clark/ Champaign County Line; from and to points on S.R. 41 between the Clark/Madison County line and its intersection with S.R. 54; from and to points on S.R. 54 between its intersection with S.R. 41 and the Champaign/Clark County line; from and to points on S.R. 72 between the Greene/Clark County line and its intersection with S.R. 794, thence via S.R. 794 to its intersection with U,S. Rt. 68, and thence via U.S. Rt. 68 to its intersection with the Greene/Clark County Line. |
