Entry ordering in accordance with the findings in this order, Avika is hereby directed to respond to each of the allegations set forth in the memorandum of support that accompanied staff's motion, in a written document to be filed with the Commission in this case no later than October 14, 2005. In responding to staff's allegations, Avika shall have the burden of showing cause why its certificate and legal authority to operate under should not be revoked by the Commission. Failure by company to respond completely and appropriately by such deadline in each allegation raised by staff may result in further action being taken immediately thereafter by the Commission to summarily revoke Avika's certificate and operating authority. |
