(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED against (1) the transportation of commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration, and (2) the transportation of dry, bulk commodities, in hopper and tank vehicles, except food and related products and materials and supplies used in the production thereof. This portion of contract permit 3970 authorizing service to Savannah Foods & Industries, Inc. and its subsidiaries is not transferabkle by sale or otherwise. |
