(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from snd to Licking, Union and Newton Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST serving the Newark Commercial Zone as existing October 14, 1988 and further restricted against: (1) Transportation of mobile homes and modular units. (2) Transportation of petroleum, petroleum products, LPG, anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tank vehicles. (3) Transportation of dry bukk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles; liquid chemicals, in bulk, from and to union Township. (4) Transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures, farm supplies and farm machinery, scrap metals, except in closed van equipment, and property in armored vehicles. (5) Transportation ofgravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop and brick, in dump trucks only. (6) Transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. (7) Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers, and banking records. (8) Heavy electrical and oil machinery requiring special equipment to load, unload and/or transport. (9) Service from and to points on or directly accessible from U.S. 40 S.R. 13; and service from and to points within one mile of Buckeye Lake. |
