Entry ordering that the November 10, 1994 filings of Ameritech and Cincinnati Bell were not timely filed and, therefore, not considered by the Commission; that the applications for rehearing filed by Ameritech, GTE North, United, OTA, and OCC are granted in part and denied in part; that a ruling on the application for rehearing relating to the issues of balloting and positive en- rollment, as well as the issue of television/radio adver- tising shall be deferred until the Commission's upcoming consideration of the issue telemarketing; that the pertin- ent LECs shall provide the necessary information as required in the Commission's upcoming September 29, 1994 Supplemental Finding & Order, as amended by this entry on rehearing; that the pertinent LECs issue their customer notices by 3/1/95; that the pertinent LECs include their customer notice in their next telephone directories.
