(FOURTH AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Bennington, Hartford, Liberty and Monroe Townhips, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED: (1) AGAINST the transportation of mobile homes and modular homes. (2) AGAINST the trans- portation of petroleum, petroleum products, LPG, anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tank vehicles. (3) AGAINST the transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles. (4) AGAINST the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; farm supplies and farm machinery; and the transportation of property in armored vehicles. (5) AGAINST the transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop and brick, in dump trucks only. (6) AGAINST the transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw linestone, in dump trucks. (7) AGAINST the transportation of scrap metal. (8) AGAINST serving points located upon, or bordering immediately upon, S.R. 37 and 62. |
