Entry ordering that the deadline to file the proofs of publication for Butler, Champaign, Columbiana, Guernsey, and Summit counties shall be extended to November 23, l990; proofs of publication for Lake and Jefferson counties, Ohio shall not be considered to be in substantial compliance with the Attorney Examiner entry issued September 25, l990, and legal notice for these counties shall be republished in accordance with Finding 5; applicant cause publication of legal notice by November 26, l990 and present proof of publication to the Commission by December ll, l990; any interested entity who can show good cause why this application should not be granted should file with the Commission a written statement detailing the reasons by December ll, l990; unless the Commission receives a written statement to that effect, the case will be decided on the basis of the information contained in the application.
