Entry ordering that the motions to intervene filed by IEU, PG&E, Kroger, OCRM, Enron, OCC, Citizen Power, Energy Plus, OPAE, AK Steel, Toledo, GCGA, OMA, Cleveland, ACCAA, NEMA, Western Reserve Alliance, NECA, Shell, Unicom, New Energy, WPS, and OREC are granted, that FirstEnergy's motion for a ruling on the permissible scope of participation by CCE and its member organizations is denied, however, CNC, OGA, and COAD, and any subsequent parties that wish to participate individually or as part of an intervenor coalition, should file an individual motion to intervene, that FirstEnergy's motion for a case management order is denied, that a settlement conference be scheduled for February 22, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission (DN) |
