Finding & Order that the EFC rate to be charged for DP&L during the next period beginning August 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000 shall be 1.300c/kWh; that DP&L file any required tariff amendments to its EFC tariff rider incor- porating the EFC rate by July 31, 2000; that the EFC rider become effective of August 1, 2000 and remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission. |
