(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Bowling Green, Fallsbury, Franklin, Hope- well, Madison, Mary Ann and Perry Townships, Licking County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Service from and to points in Newark and Zanesville Commercial Zones, as existing October 14, 1988, except where otherwise authorized herein. (2) Transportation of mobile homes and modular units. (3) Transportation of petroleum, petroleum products, LPG, anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tank vehicles. (4) Transportation of dry bulk commodities in tank and hopper vehicles. (5) Transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures, farm supplies and farm machinery, scrap metals, except in closed van equip- ment, and property in armored vehicles. (6) Transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop and brick, in dump trucks only. (7) Transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. (8) Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media and banking records. (9) Transportation of packages, parcels or articles seventy (70) pounds, or less, in weight. (10) Oil field and gas field equipment and supplies. (11) Service from and to points and places located on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 40, State Route 16, and County Highway 311. |
