*SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Blanchard, Dudley, Hale, Jackson, Liberty, Marion, and Washington Townships, Hardin County. RESTRICTED AGAINST; (1) Household goods, office furniture and fixtures; property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers; petroleum and petroleum products in bulk, in tank vehicles; liquid fertilizer solutions in bulk; commodities usually transported in dump and unloaded by dumping; packages and parcels weighing 70 pounds or less; currency, coins, checks, securities and other valuables (except cash letters) in armored vehicles. (2) Service from and to Forest, Ohio and any point within five (5) miles from the city limits as established October 31, 1987 and Ada, Ohio as established October 31, 1987. (3) Service from or to points (in the townships above in Hardin County) located on U.S. Route 68 and State Routes 31, 53, 81, 195, 235, 292 and 309. |
