Finding & Order approving the stipulation in its entirety; that GTE institute measured-rate EAS between the Bremen and Logan exchanges within 12 months from the date of this Order; that GTE establish an in-service date within four months of the date of this Order, inform the authorized representative for the Village Council for the Village of Bremen, the Hocking County Board of Commissioners and Fair- field County Board of Commissioners of the date, inform the Commission by filing made in this docket and served upon the Compliance Division, and advise the Commission's Compliance Division and the authorized representative for the Village Council for the Village of Bremen and the Boards no later than 60 days prior to the in-service date in the event that the date cannot be met.
