Entry ordering that Norfolk & Western Railway Company and the Consolidated Rail Corp. acquire materials for and proceed with the installation of the Preble County, County Road 80, Barents-Mills Road; Pike County, Township Road 603, Seif Road; and Logan County, County Road 274- 18.75 crossing projects; that the installations be com- pleted no later than 8/19/94; tht N&W and Conrail notify the appropriate ODOT District Office at the time the installations are completed and the signals and lights are activated, at which time ODOT may inspect the devices. |
