(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation ofproperty from and to Clark County (except Springfield, Ohio and Spring- field Commercial Zone as defined on October 28, 1987). RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) The transportation of petroleum and petroleum products in bulk; liquid fertilizer solutions; commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration; dry bulk commodities which by reason of their susceptibility to damage and moisture and/or loss in transit loading or unloading and protection against the elements, require the use of special equipment; property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers; household goods, office furniture and fixtures; scrap metals; and commodities usually transported in dump trucks and unloaded by end dumping. (2) Transportation of packages, parcels or articles of 70 pounds or less. (3) Transportation of currency, coins, checks, securities and other valuables (except cash letters) in armored vehicles. (4) Serving from or to (except where otherwise authorized) SOuth Charleston and points within a three (3) mile radius thereof, and Mad River Township, and Madison Township. (5) From or to (except where otherwise authorized and except for household goods, office furniture and fixtures) points on West Enon Road (including Enon) between Enon and the Greene/Clark County line: and points and places on or bordering immediately upon State Route 4 and 54; State Route 235 between its intersection with State Route 41 and the Clark/Montgomery County Line, including New Carlisle; State Route 41 between its intersection with State Route 235 and Springfield, including North Hampton and Lawrenceville; and U,S, Route 40 between its intersection with State Route 235 and the Clark/Madison County Line, including Donnelsville and South Vienna, all in Clark County.
