Entry granting staff's motion to intervene; that, for a period of 180 days, or until final opinion & order in this matter, whichever occurs first, the joint applicants are authorized to suspend and inaugurate operations pursuant to Permit No. 5108 and all Ohio intrastate certificates issues to OK; that upon filing of compliances by Freightways, within 20 days of the date of this entry, temporary operating certificates and permit shall be issued to Freightways; that Freightways not begin operations until the compliances set forth in this entry have been per- formed and the temporary certificates and permit issued.
