Opinion and order stating that the stipulation presented in these proceedings be adopted by the Commission; that the application of Mohawk Utilities, Inc. for authority to increase its rates and charges for service is granted to the extent provided in this opinion and order; that Mohawk shall notify all affected customers of the tariff charges via a bill message or a bill insert within 30 days of the effective date of the tariffs. |
