Entry ordering that the joint motion for an extension of time be granted and that National provide written notice to its current customers of the transfer to LRE within 30 days of the closing and, in accordance with the Commission's September 10, 1998 finding and order, LRE must provide not- ice of the conversion and the reduction in GCR rates and National must file a letter in this docket informing the Commission that the transaction has been completed, within 30 days of the closing date; that, in all other respects, the September 10, 1998 finding and order shall remain in full force and effect.
