RESRTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Commodities in bulk, commodities requring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration; household goods, office furntiure and fictures; property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers. (2) Transportation of curency, coins, checks, securities, and other valuables (except cash letters) in armored vehicles; (3) Service from and to (except where otherwise authorized) South Charleston and points within a three (3) mile radius thereof and Mad River Township and Madison Township, Clark County. |
