Second Supplemental Finding & Order that the proposed tariffs of Time Warner to provide facilities-based local exchange service and other related telecommunications ser- vices be approved and that Time Warner is authorized to pro- vide telecommunication services in Ameritech exchange areas within Delaware, Franklin, Madison, Marion, and Union Coun- ties; that Time Warner comply with the 24 month serving area requirement outlined in Finding 5; that Time Warner notify the Commission of the roll-out of service in its authorized service territory; that Time Warner continue to abide by the affiliate transaction requirements set forth in 845 Guide- line VI.B; that this case be closed of record.
