Entry ordering that the joint motion for an extension of time be granted and that National provide written notice to its customers of the transfer to LRE within 30 days of the closing and, in accordance with the Commission's Sep- tember 10, 1998 finding and order, LRE must provide notice of the conversion and the reduction in GCR rates and Nat- ional must file a letter in this docket informing the Com- mission that the transaction has been completed, within 30 days of the closing date; that, in all other respects, the September 10, 1998 finding and order shall remain in full force and effect.
