(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, from and to Tiverton, Crawford, New Castle, Jefferson, White Eyes, Adams, Oxford, Lafayette, Linton, Franklin, Virginia, Washington, Pike, Bedford and Perry Townships, Coshocton County. RESTRICTED: (1) AGAINST service from and to points in the Coshocton Commercial Zone as existing June 1, 1987; (2) AGAINST service from and to points within an eight (8) mile radius of Sugar Creek; and (3) AGAINST the tran- portation of dry bulk commodities; petroleum and petroleum products, in bulk, in tank vehicles; liquefied petroleum gas (LPG); liquefied fertilizer solutions; scrap metals; commodities requiring vehicles equipped with mechanical refrigeration; and property requiring transportation in low heavy-duty trailers. |
