(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Amanda, Clear Creek, Madison, Hocking and Berne Townships, Fairfield County, Ohio, (except points in the Lancaster, Ohio Commercial Zone existing February 1, 1989). RESTRICTED AGAINST (1) The transportation of house- hold goods, office furniture and fixtures; house trailers and mobile homes and furnishings; cash letters, audit and accounting media, and banking documents; oil and gas field equipment and supplies; the use of dump trucks unloaded by dumping, tank and hopper equipment; the transportation of currency, coins, checks, securities and other valuables in armored vehicles. (2) The transportation of property, which by reason of dimension or weight require the use of carry-all or low-boy trailers and against the use of flatbed or low side trailers. (3) Serving points from and to a one- mile radius of Buckeye Lake, except where otherwise authorized. (4) Serving from and to Amanda, Ohio, except where otherwise authorized. |
