Finding & Order that applicant's motion for protective order and request for confidential treatment is denied; that applicant file an unredacted copy of each of the two service agreements which are the subject of this case with the Com- mission by July 7, 1997; that Amp-Oio be permitted to file its objections to the application based upon the documents filed with the Commission in this case no later than July 14, 1997; that Amp-Ohio serve its objections on Monongahela Power Co. and Elkem Metals Co. by hand or fax as set forth in Finding 8; that should either Monongahela Power Co. or Elkem Metals Co. desire to do so, it should file its re- sponse to Amp-Ohio's comments with the Commission and serve its response on Amp-Ohio by July 18, 1997.
