Finding & Order that the providions of 49 C.F.R. 393.42 and 393.48 shall be waived for house moving dollies and similar vehicles designed to transport extremely large and heavy loads operated by motor carriers in intrastate commerce within Ohio, subject to the conditions in paragraph 6 of this order; that the provisions of Footnotes 9 and 10 of 49 C.F.R. 393.11 shall be waived for hosue moving dollies and similar vehicles designed to transport extremely large and heavy loads operated by motor carriers in intrastate com- merce within Ohio, during those times when headlamps are not required to be in operation and subject to the conditions specified in paragraph 6 of this order; that these waivers shall terminate after the period of one year commencing immediately upon the issuance of this order or upon the effective date of any Final Rule isseud by the U.S. Depart- ment of Transportation in FHWA Docket No. MC-97-5, which- ever is sooner.
