(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property, from and to points in Ohio. RESTRICTED: 1. AGAINST traffic originating at Homer, Marion, Windsor, Penn and Union Townships, Morgan County; McConnelsville, Columbus and Zanesville Commercial Zones; Perry County and Dillonvale (except bulk commodities); Fallsbury, Mary Ann, Perry, Madison, Franklin, Hopewell, Bowling Green, St. Albans, McKean, Harrison, Granville, Bennington, Hartford, Liberty and Monroe Town- ships, Licking County. 2. AGAINST the transportation of coal originatng at New Lexington and all points in Perry County lying within seven miles of the corporate limits thereof; farm products and livestock at Perryton, and the territory structural steel articles and construction materials from Lima Township, Licking County on and south of S. R. 16 and on and west of County Road 41; dump truck commodities from the Cincinnati and Dayton Commercial Zones, Montgomery, Greene and Miami Counties. 3. AGAINST the use of tank and hopper vehicles; and the transportation oil and gas equipment. |
