Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission Order dated June 28, 2001 is hereby amended and modified to facilitate the Applicant to issue the Securities of up to $500 million, and enter into Interest Rate Agreements,through December 31, 2002, subject to the conditions mentioned hereinabove, pursuant to the terms and conditions as set forth in the application, as amended and supplemented, and exhibits; that the authorization granted herein shall be in compliance with the Applicant's transition plan; that in all other respects, the Commission Order dated June 28, 2001, shall remain in full force and effect. |
