Entry ordered the projects for installation of additional protective devices be authorized for public grade crossings identified in Finding No. 4; the preliminary engineering and construction costs associated with these installation projects be funded as set forth in Finding No. 5; the rail- roads file with the Commission as soon as possible the site plans, cost estimates and proposed time schedules for the installation of devices as set forth in Finding No. 7.
