Entry ordering that Liberty shall have until September 1, 2001, to file the primary audit report, the secondary audit/performance report, and the first monthly audit/performance report; that Ameritech shall commit immediately the necessary resources required to respond in a timely manner to any data requests made by Liberty; that Liberty shall file reports by June 1, July 2, and August 1, 2001, that provide information regarding the status of the primary audit report and the causes of any additional delays in meeting the September 1 date; Liberty should include status reports for the secondary audit/performance report and the first monthly audit/performance report when it files the July 2 and August 1, 2001, reports. |
