Supplemental Finding & Order that the requests for inter- vention and hearing in the applications listed in Appendix A are denied and the applications will be considered through a public paper proceeding; that, in accordance with Finding 3, Cable & Wireless' waiver of the USOA requirement is denied and its waiver of the filing of a carrier-to-carrier tariff is granted; that the applications and proposed tariffs filed by those companies listed in Finding (6)(a) shoudl be approved and these cases be closed of record; that the applications of the companies listed in Finding (6)(b) shall be approved; however, the cases are partially suspended pending review of the tariffs which will be auto- matically approved and these cases closed of record, absent full or partial suspension, on March 3, 1997; that the cases listed in Finding (6)(d) file their propsed tariffs by Jan- uary 31, 1997, such tariffs shall be automatically approved and these cases closed of record, absent full or partial suspension, on March 3, 1997; that the cases listed in Find- ing (6)(e) are suspended pending review and they will be automatically approved and these cases closed of record, absent full or partial suspension, on March 3, 1997; that MCI's Case No. 96-1240-CT-AAC be closed of record and the pleadings considered in Case No. 94-2019-TP-ACE; that MFS' application for approval of an amendment to its certifica- tion application is approved; that ICG's Case No. 96-1336- TP-AAC should be approved and Case No. 96-1336-TP-AAC and 95-814-TP-ACE should be closed of record; that, in accor- dance with Finding 12, LCI is authorized to withdraw Case No. 96-263-TP-ACE and, therefore, it should be closed of record; that the application of Blue Ribbon Rentals II, docketed in Case No. 96-926-TP-ACE, remain under suspen- sion, in accordance with Finding 13; that ACI-specific issues be dealt with in Case Nos. 96-327-TP-ACE and 96- 658-TP-ACE and not in this supplemental order, as set forth in Finding 14.
