Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission orders dated December 30, December 21, 2000, and December 20, 2001, are hereby amended and modified to extend the Commission authorization to facilitate the applicant to enter into, from time to time, over a period ending December 31, 2003, Capital Leases of up to $74 million of the remaining unused portion of the Commission authority, in one or more transactions, pursuant to the terms and conditions described in the application, as supplemented and exhibits; that in all other respects, these orders shall remain in full force and effect. |
