(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportatin of property (except household goods, office furniture and fixtures; commodities in bulk; and property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers), from and to Butler, Lexington and Lucas, Richland County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Transportation of jacks from and to Lucas, Ohio; (2) Transportation of horses, tent shows, carnivals, amuse- ment rides, fair concessions, and livestock for exhibition and breeding purposes; carnival shows as units; (3) Trans- portation of extra heavy or special property requiring special loading or unloading equipment or special equipment adapted to moving such property; (4) Transportation of currency, coins, checks, securities, and other valuables in armored vehicles; and, (5) Transportation ofpackages, parcels or articles not exceeding 70 pounds in weight, with each package, parcel or articles considered a seperate ship- ment. (6) Transportation from and to the Mansfield, Ohio Commercial Zone as existing November 1, 1986. |
