Entry granting the motion for leave to file rehearing applications of Global and ICS; that the rehearing is granted for the purpose of amending the adopted Rule 4901:1-6-23 in such a way that it conforms to the revised version of the rule which is attached to this entry; that the rehearing is also granted to such extent as may be necessary for the Commission to make all clarifications to its Order and to the involved rules discussed in the Order; that in all other respects the rehearing applications of NCIC, E&T, SBC, OCC, Global and ICS are expressly denied; that the attached proposed amendment of Rule 4901:1-6-01, O.A.C. as well as the attached proposed rescission and replacement of Rule 4901:1-6-23, O.A.C., be adopted. |
