Supplemental Finding & Order that the applicant is authorized to enter into Capital Leases of up to $80 million through December 31, 2002; that in all other respects, the Commission orders in this case dated December 30, 1998, December 21, 1999, and December 21, 2000 shall remain in full force and effect; that the authorized Capital Leases shall be in compliance with the applicant's transition plan, as approved by the Commission in Case No. 99-1658-EL-ETP. |
