Entry ordering that the CES tariffs filed by the First- Energy operating companies are approved and shall be effective on January 4, 1999; that each FirstEnergy opera- ting company is authorized to file four complete, printed copies of its respective CES tariffs in final form with the Commission by the close of business on December 8, 1998, to become effective on January 4, 1999; that each FirstEnergy operating company submit proposed customer notices to Staff by December 10, 1998; Staff will notify the FirstEnergy operating companies by December 17, 1998, whether the proposed customer notices are acceptable.
