Supplemental Finding & Order that the Commission orders dated September 24, 1992 and February 17, 1993 be amended and modified to authorize the applicant to amend the Credit Facility with Transamerica Business Credit Corpora- tion, and borrow up to $30 million on a revolving credit gasis, consistent with the terms and conditions as set forth in the supplemental application; that in all other respects, the Commission orders dated September 24, 1992 and February 17, 1993 shall remain in full force and effect. |
