RESTRICTED: (1) To the transportation of packages, parcels or articles not exceeding 100 pounds in weight, with no limit on aggregation. (2) AGAINST the transportation of exposed picture films, except trailers, to or from motion picture exhibitors. (3) AGAINST the transportation of shipments in armored vehicles.
