Entry ordering that existing Rules 4901:1-15-01 to 4901:1-15-36, Ohio Administrative Code, shall be rescinded; that new Rules 4901:1-15-01 to 4901:1-15-34, Ohio Administrative Code, are adopted and should be filed with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the Secretary of State, the Legislative Service Commission, and the Secretary of State, that, unless otherwise ordered by the Commission or the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review, the five-year review date for the new rules is May 30, 2007; that each water and sewer company file applications to amend their tariffs by February 28, 2003. |
