(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of motor vehicles in haul-away or drive-away service, and equipment and parts for use in connection therewith, between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Transportation of manufactured housing units; (2) Transportation of equipment and parts, except when moving with the vehicles being transported by auto transporter or drive-away service; (3) Transportation of trailer and trailer chassis; (4) Traffic from and to Marysville Commercial Zone; (5) Handling new motor vehicles for the Chrysler Corporation, its subsidiaries or dealers; (6) Transportation provided in drive-away and haul-away service from and to the Columbus Commercial Zone and the Cincinnati Commercial Zone. |
