Opinion and order approving the proposed USF rider revenue requirement methodology and USF rider rate design methodology, as submitted in ODOD's Notice of Intent for its 2005 USF rider application; that DP&L shall immediately cease the imposition of a late payment charge upon its PIPP customers who fail to make their monthly PIPP payment by the due date; that DP&L's request for reimbursement of its programming costs through the USF rider is denied; that OCC's request for approval of the ODOD-OCC settlement agreement and enforcement of its terms is denied. |
