Entry ordering that the W&LE submit to Commission and ORDC site plans and cost estimates for the project and be docketed by March 24,2004 and upon approval of site plans, W&LE proceed with project with construction authorization and notify Commission 30 days before projected completion and staff of ORDC to do final inspection and if it finds that installation is completed staff will file a memorandum directing the docketing division to close this case of record. |
