Entry ordering that, under the parameters established in the findings of this entry, a Consumers Advisory Group shall be created to provide consultation and advice to the Commission as it endeavors to ensure that the operation of Ohio's intrastate Telecommunications Relay Service continues beyond the expiration date of the contract between the Com- mission and the currently-authorized Ohio TRS vendor; that the Commission shall cause distribution of the notice set forth in Finding 4 to occur in the matter described in that same finding; the Commission's media office is directed to distribute a news release to the same effect; that the first meting of the Commission's TRS Consumers Advisory Group is scheduled to occur on Tuesday, December 3, 1996, at 1:30 p.m. at the Commission offices.
