(SECOND AMENDED AUTHROITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Auburn, Bucyrus, Cranberry, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Liberty, Sandusky, Vernon, and Whetstone Townships and Galion, Ohio, Crawford County; Blooming Grove, Cass, Franklin, Jackson, Jefferson, Madison, Mifflin, Monroe Perry, Sandusky, Shraon, Springfield, Troy, and Washington Townships, Richland County; Canaan, Congress, Gilead, North Bloomfield, Perry, Troy and Washington Townships, Morrow County; Scott and Tully Townships, Marion County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Transportation of commodities in bulk, household goods office furnioture and fixtures, property requiring low, heavy-duty trailers, cash letters, audit and accounting media and film; and oil and gas well equipment, materials and supplies and the use of armored vehicles. (2) Service from and to points in the Bucyrus, Mansfield and Shelby Commercial Zones, as of November 1, 1987, except where otherwise authorized herein. (3) Service from and to points on and west of State Route 598 within six (6) miles of North Robinson, except where otherwise authorized herein. |
