Entry ordering that the complaint as filed in this case is defective; that in order for the Commission to recognize Virgil Cochran's agency, he must file, with the complaint, a power of attorney, guardianship, or similar legal document setting forth his right to bring this complaint in his son's name; unless Virgil Cochran is the legal guardian of Thomas Cochran or an attorney at law, he will not be able to appear on behalf of Thomas Cochran at any hearing; if Thomas Cochran wishes to pursue this matter, he should file a signed copy of his complaint in the docketing division of the Commission within 20 days of the date of this entry; if Virgil Cochran wishes to file this complaint on his son's behalf, then he should file a signed copy of the complaint with the docketing division of the Commission within 20 days of the date of this entry; if neither Thomas Cochran nor Virgil Cochran on behalf of Thomas Cochran comply with the requirements of Findings 3 and 4, within 20 days of this entry, the Attorney Examiner assigned to this case will recommend to the Commission that this case be dismissed with prejudice for lack of prosecution.
